ARE NÜD PRODUCTS NON-GMO?

Yes, all of our ingredients have been sourced as non-GMO.

IS THE FISH USED TO MAKE YOUR OMEGA-3 SUSTAINABLE? DOES IT CONTAIN CONTAMINANTS LIKE HEAVY METALS?

Yes, the fish from our Omega -3 and other Fish compounds are caught and procured meeting the sustainability matrix. Also, all of our material goes through a process of Microbial Screening from A-Z (testing for micros). We also use Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) to test Mineral and Heavy Metal Assay in concentrations as low as one part in per quadrillion.

HOW IS SAFETY, PURITY AND QUALITY ENSURED?

We have rigorous standards in place to ensure we work with only the most reputable suppliers and manufacturing partners. All products are made in accordance with the FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), which require our manufacturers to validate the composition, identity, strength, and purity of all products produced.

WHAT IF I EAT MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED SERVING SIZE?

Please contact a physician with any concerns. While most vitamins are easily eliminated from the body without causing any side effects, high doses of fat-soluble nutrients such as vitamins D and A are stored by the body. NONE of our products contain added iron–the primary concern in cases of multivitamin overdose.

ARE ANY ARTIFICIAL COLORS/DYES USED?

NO!

CAN I TAKE MULTIPLE NÜD PRODUCTS IN COMBINATION WITH ONE ANOTHER?

Yes – absolutely! We designed them that way. NÜD is a complete system of products designed for use in combination with one another to help you address your daily needs and achieve your own personal health goals. Our NÜD Stacks are a great example.

DO I NEED VITAMINS?

A healthy diet full of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, healthy protein and good fat can provide all the essential nutrients you need – but most people don’t get all of the vitamins and minerals their bodies need to function properly. Research shows that supplementation with vitamins and minerals can optimize the function of your body systems, helping you think, feel and perform better and age in a healthy way. NÜD vitamins were formulated with both your daily needs in mind.

IS THERE ANY WHEAT OR GLUTEN IN THE PRODUCTS?

Yes, there is wheat in some of our products. The following DO NOT CONTAIN any wheat:

WHEN DO YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD?

We charge your card at the time we take your order—just as we start preparing it for shipment. If we encounter any problem during the payment process, we’ll reach out to you and find a solution.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Nonetheless, if you have a specific request, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. You can reach us at info@nudtrition.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you try any of our products and are unhappy with the results, let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

I NEED MY ORDER FAST! CAN I PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

If for any reason you need to receive your order in fewer than 5 business days, you can expedite the processing of your order for an additional fee. In the US you may pay $14.99 for two-day shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping will take approximately 4-6 weeks. If you have any questions, you can reach us at info@nudtrition.com.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to the entire United States (Hawaiian & Alaskan residents, you may experience slightly longer delivery timelines). At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but we hope to sometime in the near future.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?

If you select standard shipping, you will receive your order within 10 days. If you select the expedited, 2-day option, you should receive your order in two business days.
